- 2+ years in customer service, technical support, or related role.

- Experience delivering platform demos or explanations to customers.
Responsabilidades
- Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
- Troubleshoot platform issues including account setup, uploads, and filings.
- Guide customers through features, workflows, and platform demos.
- Investigate problems to identify root causes and best actions.
