Job summary

Unybrands is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role supporting contractors in the U.S. You’ll blend customer service with technical troubleshooting, guiding users through the SaaS platform and resolving issues to keep projects moving.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer support, strong English, and comfort with platform demos, CRM tools, and data in spreadsheets. This role offers full-time remote work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service or technical support.
Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or similar tools.
Experience conducting platform demos or product walkthroughs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and filings.
Guide customers through features and workflows with step-by-step instructions.
Conduct platform demonstrations and trainings for customers.
Investigate issues by analyzing data and identifying root causes.
