Job summary

Uptalent.Io is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry in the U.S. This 100% remote role targets Latin America, focusing on technical support, guiding customers through the platform, and keeping projects moving.

You will handle inbound calls, perform platform demos, and troubleshoot issues with CRM tools, while documenting steps and outcomes. The ideal candidate is English-proficient, customer-focused, analytical, and eager to learn new tools

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or other technology tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos, software walkthroughs, or training for customers is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to root-cause issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and a sense of ownership when handling issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, uploads, and filings.
• Guide customers through features with demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine best actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and resolutions.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction.
