Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company to hire a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving Latin America. The role blends customer service, technical troubleshooting, and platform guidance to ensure contractors can navigate the software and complete permit filings.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years in customer service or technical support.
- Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, and CRMs.
- Experience delivering platform demos or user trainings.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls providing professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, permit filings, and general software usage.
- Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes to enable independent resolution.
- Conduct platform demonstrations to explain key features and usage.
- Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine best course of action.
