Smartrecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote position serving Latin America. You will blend customer service with technical problem-solving to guide customers through the SaaS platform and assist contractors with use, demos, and workflows.

The role emphasizes ownership, analytical thinking, and clear communication, with a focus on solving issues and delivering a positive customer experience in a remote, fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting customers with software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
• Experience delivering live platform demonstrations, onboarding sessions, or customer training is valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and general software usage.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes to help them resolve issues independently.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to introduce key features and usage.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine best action.
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure effective solutions and satisfaction.
