Qualifications include 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong English, and experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and Excel.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar roles.
- Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS, CRM systems, or tech tools.
- Experience delivering live platform demos or onboarding sessions is valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling information.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and general software usage.
- Guide customers step-by-step through features and workflows; conduct product demonstrations.
- Investigate issues by analyzing data, identify root causes, and determine actions.
- Own customer issues from contact to resolution; escalate complex cases when needed.
- Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction is achieved.
