Uptalent.Io is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role in LATAM. You will assist contractors in navigating a SaaS platform, handling technical questions, and guiding through permit-related workflows.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or other technology tools.
Experience delivering live platform demonstrations or trainings is valued.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause identification.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and general software usage.
Guide customers through platform features and workflows with step-by-step demos.
Conduct platform demonstrations to introduce key features and usage.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine best course of action.
Take ownership from initial contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
Follow up to ensure solutions are working and customer satisfaction remains high.
