Supportyourapp-1 is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving customers in the U.S. and Latin America. You will guide contractors through the platform, troubleshoot issues, and conduct live demonstrations to help users maximize value.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer support, strong English skills, and experience with SaaS products and CRM systems. Excellent problem-solving and ownership are expected, with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or tech support.
• Phone-based or call center experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting software platforms or SaaS tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation habits.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality and account setup issues.
• Walk customers through features and workflows with demonstrations.
• Investigate root causes and determine solutions.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
