The role combines customer service, technical problem-solving, and platform expertise to ensure a smooth user experience. You will perform platform demonstrations, guide users through features, and resolve issues via phone and online channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, technical support or similar roles.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, and CRM tools.
• Experience delivering live platform demonstrations or trainings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality and account setup.
• Guide customers through workflows and features, including demonstrations.
• Analyze problems to identify root causes and determine action plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
