You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through workflows, and maintain accurate CRM documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SaaS, CRM, or software platforms.
• Experience delivering platform demos or training is valued.
