DB Financial is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role in the SaaS space. You will assist contractors in the U.S. by guiding them through the platform, handling calls, and solving technical issues with emphasis on demos and onboarding.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent English, has 2+ years in support, and understands CRM tools like GoHighLevel or HubSpot. You will work with product and operations to improve the customer experience and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or tech support, preferably in a phone-based role.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with SaaS software, CRM systems, or tech tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or onboarding sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Proficient in Excel and spreadsheets.
• Clear communication of technical concepts.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and permit workflows.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows; provide demos.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, determine solutions.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and resolutions.
• Escalate complex cases when needed and follow up to confirm issue resolution.
• Meet performance targets for call volume, resolution rates and customer satisfaction.
