Adlatina Group is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a fully remote SaaS role serving U.S. contractors. You will handle calls, troubleshoot tech issues, guide customers through workflows, and deliver platform demonstrations to show key features.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, excellent English, and experience with SaaS tools and CRMs. Strong problem solving and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
• Experience conducting platform demos or software walkthroughs for customers is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and general software usage.
• Guide customers through features, workflows, and processes with demonstrations.
• Investigate problems by analyzing information and identifying root causes.
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution, escalating when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customers are satisfied.
