Job summary

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM systems is valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely, solution-oriented support.
- Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality and account setup.
- Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and explain how to use the system effectively.
- Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine best course of action.
- Follow up with customers to confirm solutions are working.
