The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or technical support, strong English, experience with SaaS, CRM tools, and a proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems or similar tools.
• Experience conducting platform demos or walkthroughs is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Tech-minded with willingness to learn new tools and software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with spreadsheets.
• Clear communication and ownership in handling customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, provide professional and timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and guide customers through workflows and usage.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demonstrations.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine action plan.
• Take ownership from first contact to resolution; escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction is maintained.
