- Experience delivering live platform demos or trainings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with professional, solution-oriented support.
- Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality and user accounts.
- Guide customers through features and workflows with demos.
- Investigate root causes and document resolutions in CRM.
- Follow up to confirm solutions work and ensure satisfaction.
