Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support in a phone-based role.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, CRM systems, or similar tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos and walkthroughs for customers is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and filings.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows via demonstrations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine best actions.
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
