Maxit Consulting - Max Corporate Group is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role in the SaaS industry. You will assist contractors with platform navigation, troubleshoot issues, and conduct platform demonstrations to help users get the most from the software.

The right candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or technical support, fluent English, and strong analytical skills. You will work remotely with a global team and receive structured onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience with SaaS, CRM platforms, or similar tools.
• Experience delivering demos or walkthroughs for customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive ownership.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through features and workflows with demos.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine actions.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and satisfaction remains high.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and resolutions.
