Us Job Finders is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a fully remote role in the SaaS industry. You will assist contractors with platform navigation, run demos, and guide users through workflows to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, at least 2 years in customer-facing support, and fluency in English. A technology-oriented mindset and Excel proficiency are valued as you help customers succeed remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting software platforms and SaaS products.
• Experience delivering platform demos and feature explanations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows to resolve issues.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to introduce key features.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine best actions.
• Take ownership and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction.
