The position emphasizes analytical troubleshooting, clear communication, and ownership of customer issues. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or technical support, experience with SaaS products and CRMs, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service or a technical support role.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Attention to detail and proactive ownership of issues.
• Comfort with learning new tools and software, including Excel.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot issues with platform functionality and account setup.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Analyze issues to identify root causes and determine next steps.
• Take ownership from first contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up to confirm solutions are working and maintain satisfaction.
