The role emphasizes problem-solving, ownership, and clear communication with customers at varying levels of technical knowledge, while maintaining accurate CRM documentation and contributing to customer success metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, technical support or a similar role.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
• Experience delivering live platform demonstrations or customer training is valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with step-by-step demos.
• Investigate issues to identify root causes and determine actions.
• Escalate complex cases and follow up to ensure solutions work.
