You will assist contractors with platform navigation, permit filings, account management, and troubleshooting, while guiding customers through features and conducting demonstrations to ensure effective usage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or tech support.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos or feature explanations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle information accurately.
• Willingness to learn new tools and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot issues with platform functionality and account setup.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
• Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs for customers.
• Investigate issues by analyzing information and root causes.
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions work.
