The ideal candidate has strong English communication, experience with CRM tools, and the ability to demonstrate features and troubleshoot effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Fluent English – verbal and written.
• Experience with software platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos or feature explanations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, permit filings, and general software usage.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes to enable independent resolution.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to introduce key features.
• Investigate problems by analyzing information, identifying root causes, and determining best action.
• Take ownership of issues from initial contact to resolution, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions are working and ensure satisfaction.

2+ years experience in customerService

Full professional fluency in English
