Supportyourapp, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a fully remote role serving customers in the SaaS industry. You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot platform issues, guide customers through workflows, and demonstrate features to help them succeed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer support, is fluent in English, comfortable with SaaS tools and CRM systems, and can deliver live demos and productive onboarding, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with software platforms/SaaS products and CRM systems.
• Experience delivering live demos or onboarding sessions is valued.
