Supportyourapp-1 is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving contractors in the U.S. The role focuses on technical issue resolution, platform navigation, and conducting demonstrations to help customers maximize the software.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have 2+ years in support, strong English, and comfort explaining complex concepts. This remote position offers flexible scheduling and ongoing product training.

Competenze

• At least 2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Tech-minded, eager to learn new tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Clear communication and ability to explain technical concepts.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and filings.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine solutions.
• Own customer issues from start to resolution and escalate when needed.
