Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role focused on SaaS platform support for contractors in the Latin America region. You will handle platform navigation, troubleshoot incidents, and guide customers through workflows and demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in technical support, strong analytical skills, and experience with CRM/tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management. Fluent English required, Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or similar IT support role.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services and identity and access management solutions (e.g., Active Directory, Okta).
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and networking fundamentals; cybersecurity concepts; endpoint management (Intune) and device compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve routine technical incidents affecting end users and business operations.
• Assist with incident management, request fulfillment, and SLA adherence.
• Maintain ITSM processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
