Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, technical support, or related role.
- Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with software platforms, SaaS products and CRM systems.
- Ability to demonstrate platform features to customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, provide professional, timely support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, file uploads, permit filings.
- Guide customers through features and workflows with step-by-step demos.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs for adoption.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, determine action plans.
- Own issues from first contact to resolution; escalate when needed.
- Follow up to ensure solutions work and satisfaction remains high.
