Won is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a mainly remote role supporting contractors using our SaaS platform. You will assist with platform navigation, document uploads, permit filings, and account management while guiding customers through workflows and features.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytical, and can explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying tech skills. Strong communication and ownership are essential for success in this fast-growing company.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting software/SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos or training sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Tech-minded with willingness to learn new tools and software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls with professional, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to platform, accounts, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine solutions.
• Own customer issues from contact to resolution; escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction.
