Job summary

Prometeo Talent in the SaaS space is seeking a Customer Support Representative who is friendly, reliable, and professional. This primarily phone-based role supports contractors with permit filings, account management, and platform usage in a fully remote capacity.

You will log interactions in the CRM, learn permitting workflows, and contribute to product improvements. Aiming for high customer satisfaction, you will own issues through resolution and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in phone-based role.
• Full fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and promptly.
• Resolve permit, account, and billing questions.
• Use critical thinking when processes don't fit the playbook.
• Own customer issues through resolution and escalation when needed.
• Follow up to confirm resolution via phone or email.
