Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service, tech support, or similar roles, preferably phone-based.
- Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms and CRM tools.
- Ability to conduct platform demos and explain features clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer focus.
- Proactive ownership of issues from intake to resolution.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and file uploads.
- Guide customers through features, workflows, and processes.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions.
- Investigate root causes and communicate findings to teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.
- Follow up to ensure long-term issue resolution and satisfaction.
