SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a fully remote position serving customers in the U.S. and Latin America. You will assist contractors with platform navigation, perform demos, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through workflows to ensure a smooth experience.

The role emphasizes ownership, analytical thinking, clear technical communication, and the ability to handle multiple browser-based tools while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos or user trainings is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify root causes.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Tech-savvy mindset with willingness to learn new tools.
• Proficient in Excel and using spreadsheets.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive, owns issues, and communicates effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls, provide professional, timely support and solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and general usage.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demonstrations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine action plans.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of interactions and resolutions.
• Escalate complex cases when needed and track progress.
