Job summary

Evox is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role to support customers of a fast-growing SaaS platform in construction permitting. You will handle calls, troubleshoot issues, guide users through workflows, and demonstrate features to help clients succeed.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer support, is fluent in English, and comfortable learning GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or other CRM tools.

Qualifications

At least 2 years in customer service or technical support.
Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
Experience with software platforms, SaaS, CRM systems.
Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accurate information handling.
Proactive ownership mindset.
Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality and account setup.
Guide customers through features, workflows, and processes with demos.
Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine best actions.
Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction.
