Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, tech support, or similar role.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting software platforms and SaaS products.
• Experience delivering platform demos or onboarding sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate information handling.
• Willingness to learn new tools and software and explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and filings.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with step-by-step demos.
• Conduct platform demonstrations to highlight key features for users.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine best actions.
• Own customer issues from first contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up to confirm solutions are effective and satisfaction is ensured.
