Jalasoft is recruiting a Technical Support Representative for a fully remote role serving customers in the United States. You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot platform issues, guide customers through workflows, and conduct platform demonstrations to ensure successful usage.

The candidate should have at least two years of customer service or technical support experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience supporting software/SaaS platforms and CRMs
• Experience delivering live product demos or trainings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
• Clear communication of technical concepts to varied audiences
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach to customer issues

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, solution-oriented support
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and workflows
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demonstrations
• Investigate issues and determine root causes, escalating when needed
• Maintain CRM-based documentation of interactions and resolutions
• Follow up to ensure solutions are working and satisfactory
