Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar roles.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, and CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos or software walkthroughs is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with root-cause capability.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and deliver professional, timely, solution‑oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and permit filings.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes with demonstrations.
• Investigate issues by analyzing information, identifying root causes, and choosing actions.
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up to confirm solutions are effective and maintain a positive support experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the CRM.
