with platform navigation, technical questions, and demos while ensuring a smooth experience. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or tech support, strong English, experience with SaaS/CRM tools, and solid analytical and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting software/SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos or customer training is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle information accurately.
• Tech-savvy mindset with willingness to learn new tools and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Proactive, takes ownership, and exercises good judgment.

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and permit filings.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs for key features.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine actions.
• Own issues from first contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure solutions work and satisfaction remains high.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of interactions and resolutions.
