Job summary

Adlatina Group is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role in the SaaS industry. You will assist contractors and clients with platform navigation, demos, and troubleshooting while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or technical support, fluent English, and experience with SaaS platforms and CRMs. The role offers fully remote work with flexible scheduling and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
Experience supporting software platforms (SaaS) and CRM systems.
Ability to conduct live platform demos and explain features clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, provide timely, solution-oriented technical support.
Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and permit filings.
Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demonstrations.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine actions.
Maintain CRM documentation of interactions and resolutions.
Escalate complex cases when needed and follow up with customers.
