Lilt Ai is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role, supporting contractors using our SaaS platform across the U.S. You will combine customer service, technical troubleshooting, and platform expertise to deliver an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, guiding users through workflows and demos, troubleshooting issues, and documenting resolutions in the CRM. Strong English, analytical thinking, and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar role.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, CRM systems, or tech tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or customer training is valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through features and workflows with demonstrations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and resolve or escalate.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction.
