Job summary

Sweet Epic Travels is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role in the SaaS industry, supporting construction permitting workflows for U.S. customers and guiding LATAM users through the platform to keep projects moving.

In this role you will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot platform issues, perform product demonstrations, and document resolutions in the CRM while maintaining a high standard of customer service and technical accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems
• Experience conducting platform demos or technical walkthroughs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Tech-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, permit filings, and general usage
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with step-by-step demos
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs for key features
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine action plans
• Own issues from contact to resolution and escalate when needed
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction
