Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service or technical support
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience with SaaS platforms or CRM systems
- Experience delivering platform demos or onboarding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Tech-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheets
- Clear communication of technical concepts
- Proactive ownership of customer issues
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, uploads, filings
- Guide customers through platform features and workflows
- Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs
- Investigate issues to identify root causes and actions
- Own customer issues from contact to resolution
- Follow up to ensure solutions work and satisfaction
