Qualifikationen

• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
• Experience conducting platform demos or feature explanations for customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle information accurately.
