Formación

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with SaaS products, CRM systems, or software platforms.
• Experience delivering platform demos or trainings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
