Maxit Consulting - Max Corporate Group is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role to assist US contractors with the SaaS platform, guide customers through workflows, and help keep projects moving.

You will troubleshoot platform issues, perform demos and walkthroughs, document solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of experience. A proactive, ownership-minded approach is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, provide professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demonstrations.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine best actions.
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution, escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions are effective and customer satisfaction is high.
