Job summary

Prometeo Talent partners with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry for US contractors. This fully remote role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems rather than just following scripts.

You will be the first point of contact for Latin American customers, handling permit filings, account management, and platform usage with a strong emphasis on English communication and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in phone-based environments.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions about permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Log interactions in the CRM and maintain knowledge of platform workflows.
• Meet performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
