Prometeo Talent collaborates with a fast-growing SaaS company to provide Technical Support Representatives in Argentina. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on helping contractors navigate the software, troubleshoot issues, and understand workflows.

You will conduct platform demonstrations, support account management, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or technical support, strong English skills, and experience with SaaS

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, uploads, and usage.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows via demonstrations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
