Job summary

Howard is seeking a Technical Support Representative to deliver expert remote support for our SaaS platform. You will assist customers with platform navigation, permit filings, and account management while delivering clear, friendly guidance.

You’ll troubleshoot issues, demonstrate features, and document resolutions. A strong English communicator with a discreet, proactive approach will thrive in this role and help customers move projects forward.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, CRMs, or related tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or onboarding sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive ownership of customer issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Clear communication of technical concepts.
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform issues including account setup, uploads, and filings.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows to resolve issues.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs for users.
• Analyze information to identify root causes and determine actions.
• Own customer issues from initial contact to resolution; escalate when needed.
• Follow up to confirm solutions work and ensure satisfaction.
