Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a fast-growing SaaS company serving construction permitting workflows in the U.S. This is a 100% remote role, primarily phone-based, focusing on platform navigation, troubleshooting, and demos for contractors.

The ideal candidate will combine customer service with technical problem-solving and platform expertise to deliver an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support.
Full professional fluency in English.
Experience supporting SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
Experience delivering live platform demos or trainings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet handling.
Clear, effective communication skills in English.
Ownership mindset and proactive issue handling.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
Troubleshoot platform, account setup, document uploads, and usage issues.
Guide customers through features and workflows with step-by-step explanations.
Conduct platform demonstrations and onboarding walkthroughs.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Own customer issues from start to finish and escalate when needed.
Follow up to ensure solutions are working and customer has a positive experience.
