Prometeo Talent is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join a fast-growing SaaS company serving the construction permitting industry. This fully remote, phone-based role requires guiding contractors through the platform, resolving technical questions, and providing demonstrations to ensure customer success.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or technical support, strong English skills, and a proactive mindset to quickly learn new tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Full professional fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Experience supporting software platforms or SaaS products.
• Experience delivering platform demos or training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Tech mindset and willingness to learn new tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Clear communication of technical concepts.
• Proactive ownership of customer issues.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, uploads, and filings.
• Guide customers through features and workflows with demonstrations.
• Investigate issues and determine root causes and actions.
• Own cases from initial contact to resolution, escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and satisfaction remains high.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of interactions and resolutions.
