Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company to hire a Technical Support Representative. This remote role focuses on helping Latin American customers navigate construction-permitting software, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project workflows.

The ideal candidate will combine customer service with technical problem-solving, deliver platform demonstrations, and own customer issues from start to finish while collaborating with product teams to improve the experience.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service, tech support, or similar role.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, or CRMs.
• Ability to demo features and explain workflows clearly.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, account setup, and file uploads.
• Guide customers through features and workflows, with demos.
• Investigate root causes and escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and satisfaction remains high.
