Quickmail is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote position serving Latin America, with a focus on assisting contractors using a fast-growing SaaS platform. You will guide users through platform navigation, handle technical questions, and perform live demonstrations while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Applicants should have strong analytical skills, ownership mentality, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, technical support or similar role.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, or CRMs.
• Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Technology-minded with willingness to learn new tools.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demos.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine solutions.
• Take ownership from first contact to resolution; escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM documentation of interactions and resolutions.
