Job summary

Intuition Machines, Inc. is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving Latin America. You will guide customers through the SaaS platform, troubleshoot issues, and help with permit filings and account management.

This is a customer-focused, tech-enabled position in a growing company. We seek a candidate with at least 2 years in customer service or tech support, strong English, and experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar role.
Full professional fluency in English, spoken and written.
Experience supporting software/SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
Experience delivering platform demos or software walkthroughs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and information handling.
Tech-minded with willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and permit filings.
Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes.
Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs for users.
Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine best action.
Take ownership from initial contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction remains high.
